Welcome to the web site of musician, entertainer, music teacher and record producer Suze Spencer Marshall. This site is also the home of her NEW CD Tall Boots, which presents a collection of very rare and never before released songs and tunes from her archives.

Suze Spencer Marshall was born into one of America's most renowned Western music families - none other than members of The International Cowboys and The Sons Of The Pioneers. Raised in the fold of working ranch hands, musicians, artists and entrepreneurs, Suze's grandparents and extended family were her vibrant mentors.  She had a fascinating childhood, filled with their music, stories, and lively personalities.

The release of Tall Boots fulfills a lifelong dream of Suze to revive this musical legacy. Many of the songs on the CD were originally written for western movies of the 1930s and 1940s - but either never made it to the final film, were cut soon after, or have never before been released. These songs were written down and researched by Suze over the last 35 years and make a long-awaited debut on Tall Boots. Read more about Suze's quest to bring this music back to life on the Tall Boots History page.

As you thumb through these pages, it is Suze's hope that you may find inspiration in the work she has done researching and documenting family history. Stories of generations past are often lost through relocation and cultural change - resulting in tragic loss of music, artform and historical contribution.
